　　V法铸造设备的维护保养非常的重要，直接影响着产品的使用寿命，所以大家要重视起来，接下来一起看下吧！
　　1、检查V法铸造设备抛丸器的振动情况。一旦发现机器有较大检查抛丸器的振动情况。
　　2、抛丸器内耐磨件的磨损情况，并及时更换。
　　3、除尘管道有无漏气现象，除尘器中滤袋有无灰除尘管道有无漏气现象，除尘器中滤袋有无灰尘或破碎。
　　4、V法铸造设备分离器中过滤筛上有无积物并及时清除。
　　5、电控供丸闸阀是否关闭。

　　12、一旦发现V法铸造设备有较大振动，应立即停止机器工作，检查抛丸器耐磨件的磨损及叶轮的偏重情况，并更换磨损件。定期润滑设备上所有的电机及轴承。
